360i
Group Creative Director [November 2011 - this moment in time]
Creative Director [February 2011 - November 2011]
I run the Oreo, Diageo (Smirnoff & Guinness), Fisher-Price, Dentyne, Alamo, Fanta and Uniqlo businesses. Yeah, that’s all. In the time I’ve been at 360i, I’ve had a major hand in revamping how the creative process works and the kinds of work going out the door. I’m proud of what’s been accomplished and see only amazing things to come.
Razorfish
Creative Director [September 2009 - January 2011]
Associate Creative Director [August 2007 - September 2009]
In September of 2009 I became the creative director on the AXE brand and was on the core team that won the business earlier in the year. Previous to AXE, I was the CD on All Laundry where we won a number of awards for the Celebrity Apprentice promotion and AllFreeClear.com.
While at Razorfish, I helped bring in accounts like AXE, Promise, All Laundry, Travel Channel and Nasonex. I also had the incredible opportunity to play a large role during the concepting phases on amazing projects, featuring first-of-its-kind technologies, like Tweet Race for Mercedes and The Axe Stream for Axe.
Modem
Senior Copywriter [July 2006 - July 2007]
My time at Modem was dominated (in a good way), by Delta Airlines. Working under my creative director, I performed the duties of senior writer/ACD while running all the digital business with my partner.
I worked closely with our friends at SSK developing exciting digital extensions off a number of their campaigns. We also created the highly popular Delta Siteseer which became the launch pad for the equally popular Delta Siteseer Contest.
In early 2007, I played a large role in the repositioning and redeployment of the Delta Airlines brand across the digital space.
Draft (integrated with DraftDigital 03-05)
Senior Copywriter [January 2003 - July 2006]
Copywriter [April 2001 - January 2003]
Art Director [April 2000 - April 2001]
I was fortunate enough to work on some of the agency’s best clients during my tenure: Compaq (soon becoming HP), British Airways, Avis and Verizon Wireless. I also dabbled a bit in Merck, AARP, J&J and Bank
of America.
I worked closely integrating the offline work with DraftDigital — a very talented and under-appreciated digital department.
It was at Draft where I took the art director out to pasture and brought this writer guy back the from the kill.
National Marketing Services, LLC (The Real Estate Book)
Creative Lead (art & copy) [January 1998 - March 2000]
My time at NMS was great as it gave me an incredible amount of responsibility at a very early stage of my career. While there, I built and ran a creative department of six, in charge of developing 12 publications a month.
I spent countless hours on press, presented work to clients at the highest level and developed new product lines.
Cablevision
Designer [September 1997 - January 1998]
I used to make the little thumbnails over the right shoulder of the news anchors. Yes, it was as funny as it sounds.
